Claude designs the voice contract and front matter first, then Gemini writes the answers in batches of 10 — each into a verdict slot fixed in advance, so the yes/no/wait mix stays balanced and no two neighbouring pages give the same kind of answer. Duplicates are caught in Python and re-asked. The run is resumable: close the tab, come back, hit Resume.
